Call Us
You call (888) 593-1452 and describe the symptom: not draining, not spinning, leaking, door stuck, or dead panel. We ask for the model number off the door jamb sticker. That lets us load the correct LG wiring diagram and confirm the parts are on the truck before we roll. The call takes about four minutes.
02
On-Site Diagnosis
The technician arrives in a marked van, lays down a floor mat, and pulls the washer out far enough to work. First move is the diagnostic mode readout on the control board. Then we test the water inlet valve, drain pump, door lock assembly, and suspension rods with a multimeter. You get the findings in plain language, not jargon.
03
Written Estimate
We hand you a written quote for the repair, parts and labor included. If the fix is not worth the cost of the machine, we tell you that too. You decide on the spot. There is no pressure, and you get a written quote before any work starts. Most estimates take five minutes to walk through.
04
Repair and Test
Approved work starts immediately. A drain pump swap runs 45 minutes. A control board replacement takes about 75 minutes. A suspension rod set on a front loader runs closer to two hours because the tub has to come out. We run a full wash and spin cycle before we pack up, so you see the machine finish a load.
05
Cleanup and Walkthrough
We wipe down the cabinet, vacuum any debris with a shop vacuum, and push the washer back into place level. You get a written invoice with the part numbers and the quote terms. If anything acts up, call us and we will help. We also leave the old part so you can see what failed.
